Call or email us to place your order if you would prefer that we send a Square.com invoice for you to pay online.

We rely upon PayPal’s established reputation to protect both the buyer and seller in processing credit cards through our shopping cart on this website. It is not necessary to create a PayPal account if you do not already have one, as you will have the option to pay by credit card or apply for PayPal credit at checkout. Your ability to obtain financing through PayPal Credit is subject to the policies of PayPal Credit.

Shipping

Kimberly™ and Katydid™ wood stoves are drop shipped from the manufacturer’s distribution center in Southern Oregon. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. The above map shows the approximate number of business days that will be required to ship to your state, once FedEx has taken possession of your order.

The date that your order is shipped is dependent upon inventory on hand and/or production schedules, which can range from a few days to a few weeks. Feel free to contact us with questions on availability and estimated wait times.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “Outside The U.S.?” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo’s Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo’s Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Cancelled Orders & Returns

Kimberly™ & Katydid™ Wood Stoves
We pride ourselves on our extremely high rate of customer satisfaction and we are most happy to answer all of your questions prior to purchase, including the review of digital photos. Nearly all wood stove performance issues can be easily prevented with simple troubleshooting via phone and usually involve fuel greater than 20% moisture content, or inadequate chimney performance due to improper installation.

Prior to purchase, please consider every facet of your installation, including your county’s codes, requirements of your home owner’s insurance carrier, installation location within your home; clearances; venting requirements; BTU output requirements for your climate and your home’s insulation; square footage; hearth pad, and your ability to source seasoned firewood, chimney cleaning, ash disposal, etc.

A 15% restocking fee will be assigned to all cancelled orders on wood stoves and custom venting kits prior to shipping. Once orders have entered the shipping center’s computer system, returns are accepted only under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty below:

Unforgettable Fire, LLC offers a five-year, non-prorated warranty to the original purchaser of a Kimberly™  or Katydid™ wood stove heater on all parts, except for replacement glass, replacement gaskets, replacement grate/ash pan covers, misuse or abuse, or improper installation. At its sole discretion, Unforgettable Fire, LLC will either repair or replace any defective unit to the original purchaser under these terms. The original purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with any warranty claims.

Nature’s Head® Composting Toilets

Nature’s Head® composting toilets are drop-shipped from the manufacturer via UPS. A 15% restocking fee will be assigned to all cancelled orders on Nature’s Head® composting toilets prior to shipping. Once the orders have entered the shipping center’s computer system, returns are accepted only under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty due to health and sanitation reasons.

Yurta™ Yurts
As Yurta™ yurts are custom made to your specifications, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for expected delivery times from the date you place your order.

All Other Products
Unless otherwise stated, a 15% restocking fee will be assigned to all cancelled orders. All returns must be pre-authorized and a return address will be provided.

Damaged Goods

Clients must inspect their purchases upon receipt and immediately report any damages to the carrier and to Eagle Rise Trading Company, LLC. As it is possible for the packaging to be intact and yet the contents to arrive damaged, please check for not only external damage, but internal damage as well. Failure to report damaged goods in a timely fashion may result in your claim for replacement being denied by the carrier and Eagle Rise Trading Company, LLC will in no way be held liable for replacement.
